The team sports that we compete against other schools in include:

Outside of team sports, we also compete in:

- Tennis (Tennis Academy also available)
In most cases these sports are offered for at least two terms a year, with weekly training and matches against other local independent and/or state schools, both in friendly and league formats.
Outside of our competition sports we offer a wide range of physical activities to encourage participation. Examples of these have included:

Facilities
d’Overbroeck’s is ideally situated to take advantage of many excellent sports facilities either walking distance or a short drive from the school. For those venues requiring transportation school minibus and/or coaches are provided.
The main facilities we hire on a regular basis include:

- Oxford Brookes University Sports Centre (Headington Campus)
- Oxford City Arena 3G pitches and Netball Courts
- Oxford Hawks Astro Turf Pitches

Tennis Academy
The d’Overbroeck’s Tennis Academy is a dedicated programme designed to support excellent tennis players who wish to develop their tennis career alongside studying their A-Levels and getting all the benefits of a d’Overbroeck’s education. You will receive individual coaching throughout the year from coaches at our programme partner, the North Oxford Tennis Club. The programme will be launching in September 2020 and we are now accepting applications from students who would like to be considered.
