Our summer school programmes
We have run a series of popular summer school programmes for many years at d’Overbroeck’s. These are delivered in partnership with Bucksmore Education and are designed to help motivated 13-18 year olds to develop the key skills they need to succeed in their current studies, at university and beyond. They are also a great opportunity for students to experience life at d’Overbroeck’s before studying with us full time.
This summer we are offering two programmes:
- Young Professionals programme
- Young Leaders programme
Centred around a weekly themed project, the programmes include theory lessons, interactive lectures, project research and real-life case studies to provide a stimulating and varied learning experience.
Young Professionals programme
Our Young Professionals course is an academic enrichment programme for ambitious students to explore future career options. Students can choose one of six subject areas in which to specialise:
- Engineering
- Medicine
