WHAT THE COURSE OFFERS

The course is rooted in real‑world decision‑making. You learn how entrepreneurs analyse markets, manage risk, secure finance, design marketing campaigns and build sustainable enterprises.

You develop skills that are valuable whatever you do next: problem‑solving, creativity, communication, financial literacy, project management and the ability to think critically about business choices. You’ll be expected to analyse situations, weigh up evidence, justify your recommendations and reflect on what makes an enterprise viable.

HOW IS THIS COURSE DIFFERENT TO A-LEVEL

It allows you to build practical enterprise skills – such as planning campaigns, analysing finances and developing business ideas – in a hands‑on way. Your grade is built over time through coursework and applied assessment, which can feel more supportive than relying on a few high‑pressure exam papers. It is a great fit for students who enjoy creative problem‑solving, independent work and thinking like an entrepreneur.
