Our small and busy Maintenance and Facilities team provides services to all areas of d’Overbroeck’s.

The ideal candidate will have extensive trade/maintenance knowledge and experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.  Ability to communicate positively and lead a busy team is essential.

We are looking to appoint a PE & Activities Assistants to join us in September 2022. This is an exciting and challenging role, with accommodation and meals provided during term time in return for undertaking boarding duties. It is a full time, fixed term contract for one academic year.

Teacher of History

We are seeking to appoint a teacher of History, to teach at key stage 5. The advertised post is for approximately 0.6 of full-time, but the School is willing to consider those seeking a more substantial part-time position, or full-time, if they can offer either A Level Politics teaching or are open to other responsibilities such as delivering the EPQ programme, working within our learning support team or have experience in delivering career and HE support.

Caretaker

The role of our Caretakers are varied and wide ranging and require flexibility as the school operates during the school holidays and in the evenings.

They will ensure that allocated tasks are completed to a high standard and in a thorough and timely manner. To provide cover, where possible, in the absence of other team members. To take a flexible approach to your working day, in order to meet the requirements and demands of a consistently evolving school life.  To liaise and communicate clearly with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, and fellow team members and staff.
