OUR FEES

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

  • What meals will my child eat?

Our boarders enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, as well as a variety of healthy snacks. At weekends, your child will sit down with friends for a tasty brunch and hot evening meal.

  • Will my child get homesick?

We know that every child is likely to miss their family at some point. It’s normal to feel homesick, but experience tells us this feeling usually subsides as our students get involved in school life. Our boarding parents and pastoral team will make sure your child is supported every step of the way.

  • Do you offer different boarding options?

Yes, we offer two options in the Sixth Form: weekly (five days, Sunday to Thursday) and termly (full) boarding. At The International School, we only offer a termly option.

  • How can I follow my child’s progress?

We’ll update you on your child’s progress through regular reports. You can get in touch with our boarding team whenever you like, too. They’ll happily answer your questions or discuss any concerns. They can also offer expert advice and guidance related to any aspect of our boarding experience.

  • Will my child have a roommate?

Our students typically sleep in single or twin rooms. This does depend, however, on your child’s age, the boarding house they live in, and our availability. Please get in touch with our admissions team to find out more.
