British Council Inspection Reports
The British Council inspected and accredited d’Overbroeck’s in September 2015. The Accreditation Scheme assesses the standards of management, resources and premises, teaching, welfare, and care of under 18s and accredits organisations which meet the overall standard in each area inspected (see www.britishcouncil.org/education/accreditation for details).
Strengths were noted in the areas of staff management, quality assurance, academic staff profile, academic management, course design, learner management, teaching, care of students, accommodation, leisure opportunities and care of under 18s. The inspection report stated that we met the standards of the Scheme.
In common with all independent schools that are affiliated to the Independent Schools Council (ISC), we are subject to inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Our most recent inspection took place in October 2013. The Inspection Report is available in full, below.
