Senior School
At Key Stages 3 and 4, our students immerse themselves in learning that’s built around their strengths, interests, and aspirations. Subject specialists deliver a broad curriculum that encourages our Year 7-9 students to be curious, think outside the box, and push the boundaries. In Years 10 and 11, your child will specialise in their chosen GCSE subjects, creating their own route to Sixth Form, university, and beyond.

  • How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
    We aim to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry (working hours, Monday to Friday).
  • How long does the d’Overbroeck’s admissions process take?
    From the moment you get in touch with us to the offer of a place, our admissions process can – in some cases – be extremely quick. Timings do vary, though, as each family’s application journey is different. Please speak to the d’Overbroeck’s admissions team to find out more.
  • Do you offer boarding?

    Yes, we offer boarding for 13 to 16-year-olds at The International School and 16 to 18-year-olds in our Sixth Form. Our safe, supportive, and empowering boarding environment is a place where every young person gets the care they need to flourish.

    Alongside a bespoke academic education, your child will benefit from a strong sense of belonging, a breadth of exciting activities, and the very best advice and guidance.

  • Do you accept all nationalities?
    At d’Overbroeck’s, we welcome all nationalities. We’re proud of our school’s diversity, which currently includes students from more than 40 countries.
  • Will my child need to sit an entrance exam?
    Most students will sit an assessment as part of our admissions process. Your child may also be invited to an interview. This does, however, depend on your child’s age and the education system they’re joining us from. To find out more, please get in touch with our admissions team or visit our entry requirements page.
  • Do you offer taster sessions?
    Yes, we offer taster days for students joining our Years 7-11 campus. After you’ve applied, your child is very welcome to come and spend the day with us, where they’ll experience life as a d’Overbroeck’s student. They’ll be looked after by one of our brilliant ‘buddies’, spend time with our teachers, and meet their fellow students.
  • Do you offer bursaries?
    Yes, we provide two types of bursary assistance to families of UK-based students wishing to join the school but who might otherwise be unable to afford the full fees. Learn more about bursary assistance here.
