At certain times in the year, d’Overbroeck’s school properties are made available to let. Teaching facilities, drama/rehearsal spaces and boarding houses are all available to hire. The following is a list of those school buildings available to rent during holiday periods.

333 Banbury Road
Located on the Banbury Road in Oxford, 333 is the home of d’Overbroeck’s Sixth Form. Incorporating a Grade II listed villa (1828) it is, in the main, a new, purpose-built site with a modern, contemporary feel. There are many teaching rooms available to hire along with photography studios, music practice rooms and a purpose-built drama space. The Cohen Hall can be used as a 180 seater auditorium or, with the seats removed, as a large space for meetings, rehearsals or any other larger functions.
Hayfield House
One of our boarding houses located on the Banbury Road close to the centre of Summertown. There are 19 beds: 11 single and 4 double rooms, all with shared bathroom facilities. In term-time it’s home to our International School students. All rooms have wifi with shared bathroom facilities. Communal facilities include a common room, dining room, large garden and laundry room.
Islip House
One of our Sixth Form boarding houses located directly opposite our main Sixth Form teaching site at 333. It comes with 30 twin rooms (60 beds), all ensuite. there is a small outside area, kitchen and laundry room. The house normally houses 60 of our Sixth Form students with separate girls’ and boys’ sides of the house and a communal area connecting the two. All rooms are en-suite with wi-fi access.
Leckford Place
Leckford Place is the home of d’Overbroeck’s Years 7-11 and comes with excellent teaching facilities including a music room and recording studio as well as a communal/social area. There is a well-equipped hall for rehearsals and performances with a capacity of up to 150.
Nash House
A fifteen minute walk from the centre of Oxford, Nash House is one of our International boarding houses located on the Banbury Road, almost opposite our International school at The Swan Building. It comes with 9 twin room (18 beds) all of which are ensuite. In term-time it’s home to our international students, boys and girls, in separate parts of the house. There are however communal facilities including a kitchen, common room, dining room, garden and laundry room. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms and wi-fi access.
St. Aldates House
St. Aldates is one of our Sixth Form boarding houses with 50 single rooms, all of which are en-suite with wifi. There are two communal areas along with a kitchen on each floor and a laundry room. Located in the city centre, opposite Christchurch Meadows, it’s close to many of Oxford’s amenities.
The Swan
A fifteen minute walk from the centre of Oxford, the Swan building is the home of our International school. Situated across two substantial late Victorian houses, it comes with a music room, library/study room and IT suite in addition to ten classrooms, common room and dining area. There are also large gardens.
