Airport Transfers
Our airport transfer service
If you are flying into London Heathrow you can take advantage of the inclusive Summer School Airport Transfer Service. If possible, we recommend you book your flights to arrive at Heathrow between 08.00 and 18.00.
Airport collection/drop off times
- Between 8.30 and 10.00
- Between 12.00 and 13.00
- Between 15.00 and 16.09
- Between 18.00 and 19.00
If you can't meet these times, don't worry – just let us know! We aim to be as flexible as possible.
How to register for the service
Once you have booked your flight, send us your flight details: d'Overbroeck's College staff will meet students at Heathrow Airport and they will be brought to Oxford in a College minibus.
We will email confirmation of your transfer a week before the start of your course. This will include the exact time of your collection and what to look our for at the airport.
