The UK's leading Independent Sixth Form |
||
The d'Overbroeck's Sixth Form is the UK's leading Independent Sixth Form with over 200 students studying for AS and A levels. We provide an excellent transition from school to university helping students gain the qualifications and skills to go on to succeed in their degree and careers. We have two teaching centres close to each other in North Oxford and near to the city centre. Our teachers are A level specialists helping students achieve inspiring results whilst also having the opportunity to take part in numerous sports, music, drama and other activities. This provides a rich sixth form curriculum, full of opportunity. The class size is never more than ten, enabling students and teachers to develop a highly effective working relationship based on trust and mutual respect. The College is very welcoming, very friendly and very informal. Because we do not have young children we do not need lots of “school rules” and our whole approach is suited to students preparing for A levels and university. It is a dedicated sixth form. The environment is dynamic; busy with ideas, debates and discussions. Studying and learning are made exciting and motivating with a wide range of subjects to choose from and an interactive teaching style. There are opportunities to pursue new interests and activities whilst gaining skills and friends that will endure for the rest of your life.
