Tuition fees

Termly Fee: £5,395 per term

Science subject supplement: £305 per subject per term (Biology, Chemistry, Physics. Up to a maximum of 2 supplements)

EAL (English as a foreign language): £1,135 per term

Instrumental Music tuition: £21 per 35 minute session

Supplementary individual tuition (if required): £39.50 per hour

GCSE subject taken in Sixth Form: £1,080 per term

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation charges vary depending on the type of accommodation chosen. A brief summary of the main options is given below. Further information may be obtained from the Accommodation Office.

Boarding Houses

Hayfield House: £2,690 per term

South Parade (self-catering): £1,790 per term

Bensons House: £2,150 per term (average over three terms)

Host Family Accommodation

Depends on the accommodation chosen, generally in the range of £1,750-£2,200 per term (average over three terms)

Accommodation administrative fee: £290 per academic year (or part thereof)

Other Charges

General deposit: £415

Enrolment fee: £335

Examination fees: these are dependent on the number of public examinations taken. Additional fees may apply where special examination arrangements have to be made for a particular candidate.

There will be an additional charge of £210 per holiday period if students choose to stay during the Easter or Christmas holidays.

NB: Payments by credit card are subject to a fee of 2.5%.
