Running Club

Steady-State, Interval, Fartlek, Cross-Country, Road, Track, Hills ... d'Overbroeck's Running Club aims to provide students with a structured training programme and opportunities for weekly organised club runs in order to improve fitness levels and to build towards competitive racing. Anyone can join; the training is progressive - in that it does not assume a high level of fitness to begin with - and you only need a decent pair of trainers to get going. The Running Club will be participating in their first competitive race in December 2011.
