A Typical Week (Academic)

Above, a typical week's lessons for a Lower Sixth student. For each AS level subject, there is a total of 4 hours 35 minutes' teaching over the course of the week – that's over 18 hours' teaching per week.

In Upper Sixth, you'll study one fewer subject – but the amount of class time you receive for each will increase to 5 hours 40 minutes per subject per week.
