Welcome to the Sixth Form

Thank you for visiting the d'Overbroeck's Sixth Form website. We hope to introduce you to student life at d'Overbroeck's, as well as to give you detailed information about the teaching and support we provide – alongside a broad range of extra-curricular options.

Each year we have over 240 students in the two years of the Sixth Form. About 30 of these join the Sixth Form from our own Year 11 or our International Study Centre, but the vast majority join us from other schools following their GCSEs.

This means that – from the very beginning of your time here – you'll feel part of a new and challenging adventure: an exciting opportunity to make new friends, study new subjects in a new way and aim for new horizons.

We are very proud of the academic successes achieved by our students, but are equally proud of the way our students feel more self-confident and better prepared for the demands of university and life.

Our student body is a vibrant and eclectic mix of lively, independently-minded and academically ambitious young men and women, united in their determination to make the most of their potential. I hope that, browsing this website, you are able to gain a flavour of this vibrancy and eclecticism – and warmly encourage you to contact us if you would like to arrange a visit.

We look forward to seeing you!
