Terms and Conditions

No reservations will be accepted until a completed Registration Form and relevant specification/syllabus questionnaire(s) have been received and checked. Applications received before 3 March 2008 should be accompanied by a deposit of £100 per course. The deposit will be returned if the course is full, unsuitable or cancelled, but is otherwise non-refundable. The balance must be paid by 3 March 2008. Applications received after this date should be accompanied by full payment of course fees.

The College reserves the right to cancel any course advertised, or to vary the arrangements - such as specifications offered - if there is insufficient demand.

Students and their parents will be liable for any damage caused to property, including property belonging to d'Overbroeck's or any other organisation or party connected with the d'Overbroeck's Easter revision courses.

The College reserves the right to require immediate withdrawal from a course of any student whose behaviour, in the view of the College's staff, is unacceptable.

Cancellations & Refunds

The £100 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether it was paid separately from or at the same time as the balance. If we receive notification of a cancellation up to one month before the start of the course, then a full refund of the balance will be due.

If notice of a cancellation is received between one month and two weeks before the start of the course, then a refund equivalent to 50% of the balance will be due. No refund would ordinarily be due for cancellations of which we receive notification less than two weeks before the start of the course. In all cases, notification of a cancellation must be given formally and in writing.
