Why study Maths? Maths is beautiful. Maths is full of wonder. Maths is jolly useful. What's more, almost all of the best-paid jobs need Maths.
What's a typical Maths lesson like? You could be outside, making a giant graph with your bodies – or inside, singing a song to help you remember a formula. You will certainly spend time discussing your mathematical ideas, either in pairs of small groups.
What makes for a great lesson? Pupils + Maths + Enjoyment
What's the best thing about teaching at Leckford Place? No need even to think about this one – it's the pupils that make Leckford Place the best school I have ever taught at.
