Head of Latin and Classical Civilisation
What's a typical lesson like? In Latin, students might be learning some grammar or polishing up their vocabulary – or they might be acting out a story or translating a poem into English. In Classical Civilisation, they could be looking at Greek mythology, the Roman Empire and the Romans in Britain, or trying to find out how the Greeks navigated and built their ships.
What makes for a great lesson? An enthusiastic teacher, interesting classroom activities and a sense of enjoyment.
What's the best thing about teaching at Leckford Place? The teachers and the students.
