We welcome a broad range of musical abilities, since, for much of the time, participants will be divided into small groups according to ability. At the lower end, participants needs to be confident on their instrument and to be able to read and play simple tunes. At the upper end, the sky is the limit! We always have a number of very able musicians on the course. Is previous experience of Jazz necessary? We are happy to welcome students who have had no previous experience of Jazz playing as well as those who do play Jazz or who have been on a Jazz course in the past. |
