Fees
Below are the fees for the academic year 2011-2012.
Termly Fee
£4,225 per term
Initial charges
Enrolment fee – £410
Deposit – £520. Please note that the deposit is not refundable if the student is withdrawn after a place has been accepted. Otherwise, the deposit is refunded, less any outstanding charges, after the end of the student's final term.
Other charges
School lunch – £4.75 per day – optional
Instrumental music tuition – £25 per 35 minute lesson
Examination fees – GCSE entry fees as appropriate
Please note
- There may be a supplementary charge for pupils who wish to take a subject which is not within our standard curriculum and where we are able to provide teaching in that subject.
- Individual tuition, where it is necessary and has been agreed in advance with parents, is charged at £45 per hour.
- Payments by credit card are subject to a fee of 2.5% (except for Amex, where the charge is 3.5%)
Optional insurance cover
Fees refund scheme – Parents may, if they choose to do so, participate in a fees refund scheme administered by the College's insurers, HSBC. The scheme, for which the charge is 1.5% of fees, provides for a pro-rata refund of fees in certain cases of absence due to illness.
Personal accident insurance – £10.10 per term, for cover up to £2,000,000
Personal possessions insurance – £10 per term, for cover up to £4,000
