Welcome to Leckford Place!

The youngest section of d'Overbroeck's College, Leckford Place offers a happy, stimulating environment for our 11-16 year old students.

In the short video above, Mark Olejnik, Head of Leckford Place, talks about some of the distinctive qualities of the school. Alternatively, you might like to read Mark's 'Letter from the Head'

Leckford Place – part of d'Overbroeck's College

Leckford Place is the 11-16 section of d'Overbroeck's College – which also incorporates the d'Overbroeck's Sixth Form. This means that students stay at Leckford Place up to taking their GCSEs, at which point there is a natural progression to studying A levels at the Sixth Form.

Thus, while Leckford Place and the Sixth Form are on separate (nearby) sites, there is strong continuity between the two, and they share many features: an approach centred on the individual student; a friendly, relatively informal atmosphere; interactive, dynamic teaching in small classes; and a belief in educational breadth as well as depth.

In the video below, Sami Cohen – Principal of the whole of d'Overbroeck's College – talks about the different parts of the College, and the overriding ethos that unites them.
