Practice makes perfect! (traditional British proverb) In other words, the more you practice speaking English, the better you will get! Learning a new language is a long process and you must be patient, but here are some ways to help speed up your progress. Watch films in English with subtitles in your own language. This will get you used to English speaking voices. Listen to English radio and TV; have a go at reading English newspapers. Try to learn 10 new English words every day, and then use them in a piece of writing or a conversation. Try to socialise with English speaking people - there may be a club or conversation classes close to where you live.
